First Things First
First Steps
1. Complete Your Admissions Paperwork
Make sure you have submitted all required documents to the International Admissions department. This may include:
- Your official English test results, sent directly from the testing company (TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo)
- Your transcripts and credential evaluation
- Your housing application form
- Your medical form and immunization records
If you have any questions about your admissions paperwork, contact your enrollment counselor or international@campbellsville.edu.
2. Set Up Your Tiger Net Account
Once you are accepted to our University, you will receive an email with instructions for logging into Tiger Net and setting your password.
If you do not see it in your inbox, check your junk mail folder. If the email is not there, contact your enrollment counselor or international@campbellsville.edu.
3. Get Your Visa
As soon as you receive your visa approval, send a photo or a scanned copy of your visa to your enrollment counselor. You will not be enrolled in your classes until we receive confirmation that your visa application has been approved.
4. Plan Your Arrival
There are a few options to get to CU's main campus.
- CGE will be providing airport shuttles from the Louisville International Airport (SDF) to CU's main campus. The shuttle will cost $50; students without a ticket should not plan to ride the shuttle. All flights should arrive at least 1 hour before the scheduled shuttle time. More information about the shuttle is available here.
- If you do not want to take the airport shuttle, transportation to campus will be your responsibility.
- The Louisville airport has several taxi, ride-sharing, and rental car options.
- Athletes should contact their coaches about their required arrival dates.
5. Communicate
CGE will communicate with you on a regular basis so that you will have the information that you need to prepare and have a smooth arrival. You will need to read the information we send so that you will know what is happening and can stay aware of deadlines.
