School of Barbering prepares students for a successful career in the barbering industry. With hands-on training in hair cutting, styling, shaving, and grooming, students gain the technical skills needed to work in salons or start their own business. Graduates are equipped to sit for the licensing exam and begin their career in this creative and rewarding field.
School of Cosmetology program offers comprehensive training in hair, skin, and nail care. Students learn cutting-edge techniques in hairstyling, color, skin treatments, and manicures, preparing them for a career in salons, spas, or as business owners. Graduates are ready to sit for the state licensure exam and embark on a fulfilling career in the beauty industry.
Campbellsville University’s CU Expand program provides flexible, online learning opportunities for students to pursue their educational and professional goals at their own pace. The Esthetics program is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the beauty and skincare industry. Through hands-on training and a comprehensive curriculum, students will learn the art of skin care, facials, hair removal, makeup application, and more. The program emphasizes both theoretical knowledge and practical techniques, preparing graduates for careers as licensed estheticians in spas, salons, and medical settings. With expert instruction and real-world experience, the Esthetics program provides a strong foundation for a successful and rewarding career in the beauty industry.
Campbellsville University's HVAC Technology program provides students with the essential skills and knowledge to excel in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning industry. This 12-month program covers a broad range of topics, including refrigeration cycles, heating principles, electrical systems, and psychrometrics. Students will gain hands-on experience with various HVAC systems, preparing them for real-world challenges in both residential and commercial environments. Graduates will be ready to earn their Universal EPA 608 Certification and Kentucky HVAC Journeyman Mechanic License, setting them up for a successful career in a high-demand, well-compensated field.
CU’s Welding program offers students the opportunity to gain practical skills in the welding industry. This 12-month program covers four key welding techniques: Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), and Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW). Students will also learn important aspects of oxy-fuel cutting, blueprint reading, and safety protocols. With hands-on training and a focus on technical precision, graduates will be prepared for diverse careers in construction, manufacturing, and other industries that require certified welders.
