Steps for Accident Procedure:
Check yourself and/or your passengers for injuries
Call (911) for medical assistance or law enforcement for documentation (police report)
Move your vehicle to a safer location, if needed/possible
Exchange insurance and contact information with the other driver(s)
Collect evidence and document the accident with pictures/video if possible
Anything more than minor damage will require a police report including property damage
Notify the Office of Safety & Security what occurred (270) 403-3611 as soon as possible.
They will contact internal stakeholders as needed.
Any other Campbellsville University owned vehicle involved in an accident during business
hours can call Physical Plant 270-789-5017 to report.
Notify your CU supervisor about the incident.
Enterprise rental van # 1 thru 16 can call 270-465-0475 select option #5 this will
get you to Enterprise Road Side assistance.
