James Clements

James Clementsis is a dedicated parent to three daughters and a passionate professional in health and fitness. A former collegiate soccer player at Campbellsville University, James earned a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science before advancing to a master's degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Louisville. James holds a C.S.C.S. (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) certification, EXOS Performance Specialist Certification, and several NASM certifications, exemplifying a commitment to excellence in strength training, performance, and overall wellness.
