Gary L. Mumaugh, DC

Dr. Mumaugh received his B.S. and D.C. from Southern California University of Health Sciences. Dr. Mumaugh has been actively involved in healthcare for twenty-six years as a Chiropractic Orthopedist treating 10,000 patients with a multitude of post-traumatic orthopedic problems in several multi-discipline clinical settings. He retired from clinical practice to teach and pour into students. As a retired Chiropractic Physician and not a classical academician, he looks at teaching as giving a very practical hands-on style to his students. He believes that teaching should be fun, practical and hands on. He loves to present subject matter and bring to the class practical real-life examples. His teaching style is very interactive utilizing multimedia, when possible. He loves using technology in teaching, utilizing class websites and internet enhancements to put more resources at the student's fingertips. He uses the table on cloud from Anatomage to bring the digital cadavers into the lecture classroom. He brings humor and fun into the classroom, and he teaches with passion that helps to ignite the flames within students and to help them realize their goals.
