Alex Meade

Alex Meade is a native of Paintsville, Kentucky. He currently lives in Campbellsville with his wife Amber and son JT.  Meade graduated Cum Laude with his bachelor’s degree from Campbellsville University in 2018 with a double major in Mass Communication and Social Studies.  He was awarded the broadcast award his senior year for excellence in broadcast and digital media. Meade continued his education at Asbury University where he earned his Master of Fine Arts in Film and Television Production. Along with being an instructor for the CU Mass Communication department, Meade also serves as the Television Programming and Production Director for WLCU-TV. Prior to coming to CU, Meade started in the media field at an early age, doing solo radio shows before the age of 10, overseeing school news production for two years prior to graduating high school, and freelance work starting in 2013.
