CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. - Campbellsville University students are
urged to file their Free Application for Federal Student Aid as soon as
possible after Jan. 1, 2016.
Chris
Mapes, director of financial aid, said, “If you are considering college or will
be returning to college for the 2016-17 school year, file your FAFSA on Jan. 1
or as soon as possible afterward.”
She said
filing early will help determine your eligibility for awards such as federal
work study, state grants and federal student loans.
Mapes said it
is okay to use your 2014 tax returns as an estimate and make corrections at a
later date.
She said
the Campbellsville University Office of Financial Aid staff members would be
happy to help you file your FAFSA if you need assistance even if you haven't
made a decision on where you will be attending college.
