CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. - Campbellsville University's Valentine's Day Chapel service in Ransdell Chapel, 401 N. Hoskins Ave., Campbellsville, Ky. will feature four Campbellsville University couples, who will participate in a panel discussion on relationships at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 9.

The couples participating are as follows: Dr. Eric Bruns, professor of psychology and consulting psychologist, and his wife, Tracy, controller in the Campbellsville University Office of Business Services; Trent Creason, campus minister, and his wife, Sarah;

Jim Hardy, athletic director at Campbellsville University, and his wife, Lorri, secretary for football, baseball and human performance; and Fabio Moreira, international scholar and instructor in theology, and his wife, Valeska.

Jamie Lawrence, executive director of ministry and church outreach, and his wife, Elisha, associate professor of education and assessment coordinator, will lead the panel.

“I feel that it is good to display solid relationships and have healthy discussions about what it takes to be successful in a relationship,” Lawrence said. “I know for my relationship with my wife, we have walked through 23 years so far with the guidance of mature married couples.

“We listened to the highs and lows and heard how to work through tough times while celebrating good times. It is essential to pay that forward to the next generation.”

The couples on the panel will discuss how they met, the role God plays in their relationships, the most difficult and joyful parts of their relationships, how to handle disagreements and how social media and technology have affected their relationships, among other topics.

The chapel service will be televised live on WLCU (Comcast Cable channel 10 and digital channel 15) and streamed live at wlcutv.com and the Campbellsville University Facebook page.
