CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. — Campbellsville University's Larry and Beverly Noe Somerset Education Center held a graduation celebration honoring its 2013-2014 graduates on April 25.

Joining Dr. Carter on the program were Dr. Keith Spears, vice president for regional and professional education; Anne Adcock, Noe Center site director; the Rev. Donavon Burton, senior pastor of Beacon Hill Baptist Church; Dr. Frank Cheatham, senior vice president for academic affairs; Dr. DeWayne Frazier, associate Vice President for Academic Affairs; and Paula Smith, CU director of alumni relations.“It's about service, Christian service,” President Michael V. carter told the students, “Each of you has chosen a career in service and we are very proud of you.” He said the three degree-completion programs offered in Somerset — social work, criminal justice and early childhood education — are service professions, all about helping others in their lives as Christian servant leaders.
