CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky.—Dr. Jihyun Nam, a native of South Korea, has been employed at
Campbellsville University as assistant professor of linguistics, according to an announcement
from Dr. Michael V. Carter, president of Campbellsville University.
Nam is a 1990 graduate of Suseong High School in South Korea.
He recently defended his doctorate dissertation with Indiana University Bloomington.
He and his wife, Kaeyoung Park, have two children, Yoonseo Nam and Samuel Yoonbin Nam.
Nam is a member of the International Society for Language Studies and Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL).
