CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. - Campbellsville University's Art Department welcomes abstract expressionist, Eva Grande, an established artist from Spain, to present an “Artist Talk” on Friday, Nov. 14 at 10 a.m. in the Art Building, located at 205A University Drive, Campbellsville. This is a free event and everyone is welcome to attend.

Her work tries to convey emotions and sentiments with the use of relief, a sculpture that projects itself from a two-dimensional background. She uses recycled or natural materials in her work, including sand, earth, marble dust and different kinds of stones. She has created art since 1988.

She has been visiting central Kentucky for the last six weeks and studied with CU's English as a Second Language program.

Campbellsville University is a widely acclaimed Kentucky-based Christian university with more than 3,500 students offering 63 undergraduate options, 17 master's degrees, five postgraduate areas and eight pre-professional programs. The website for complete information is campbellsville.edu.
