Campbellsville University promotes Corey Bonds

CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. - Campbellsville University has promoted Corey Bonds, assistant director of bands and instructor of music at Campbellsville University, to assistant professor of music and assistant director of bands, per an announcement from Dr. Michael V. Carter, president of Campbellsville University, on April 16.

Bonds has been the assistant director of bands and an instructor of music at Campbellsville University since 2014.

Before Campbellsville University, Bonds was the director of bands at Glasgow Independent Schools from 2007 to 2014.

He received his Master of Music Education from Campbellsville University in 2007 as well as his Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Campbellsville University in 2005.

He graduated from Allen County High School in 2001.

He is the son of Jerry and Sharon Bonds, of Scottsville, Ky., and is the husband of Katherine Bonds, and they have three children: Paxton, Parker and Price Bonds.
