CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky.— Eric Gilbert, head pastor of 3trees Church of Russell Springs, Ky., will speak at Campbellsville University's weekly chapel Wednesday, Sept. 4 at 10 a.m.
Chapel is held in Ransdell Chapel, 401 N. Hoskins Ave., located on the main campus of Campbellsville University. Everyone is invited.
Gilbert is the founding and lead pastor of 3trees Church, a church founded in September 2000 that is experiencing ever-expanding growth in rural Kentucky. Gilbert said the call upon his life is “to be a voice leading people to a greater experience in God.”
Gilbert is also a new member of the university's Church Relations Council.
He is married to Mandy Gilbert; they have two children, Dawson Chandler and Natalie Grace Gilbert.
Eric and Mandy are high school sweethearts. Together they are “ever-discovering The Way, The Truth and The Life. Every aspect of their life is about Jesus, all about Jesus, and will always be about Jesus,” according to their website at www.3trees.com.

Gilbert is the son of Donnie and Sharon Gilbert of Jamestown, Ky.
