Jackie Bodea, Dr.

Dr. Bodea joined Campbellsville University in 2023. She received her Registered Nurse training at Clayton State College in Morrow, GA and went on to earn a BSN and DNP at Augusta University in Augusta, GA. Dr. Bodea is certified in three advanced nursing specialties as a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Certified Nurse-Midwife, and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She attended Frontier Nursing University and Liberty University to earn these specialties. Working as an APRN since 2003, Dr. Bodea has provided women’s health and midwifery care in her home state of Georgia and to Native Alaskan women and families of the Northwest Borough. She currently provides mental healthcare for adults in rural Georgia. As a nurse educator, she has many years of experience teaching in undergraduate and graduate nursing programs. Dr. Bodea has always enjoyed mentoring future generations of nurses and is blessed to be part of the CU team!
