CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky—Anne Adcock of Somerset, Ky., has been employed as assistant professor of social work and Somerset site director at Campbellsville University in Somerset, according to an announcement from Dr. Michael V. Carter, president of Campbellsville University.
Adcock is a 1985 graduate of Trigg County High School. She graduated with an associate degree from Somerset Community College in 2002, a bachelor's degree from Eastern Kentucky University in 2004, and a master of social work from Campbellsville University in 2010.
Adcock served at the Hospice of Lake Cumberland as a social worker from 2004 to 2011, and at Somerset Mental Health as a behavioral health therapist.
She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers, Association of Social Work Boards, Kentucky Board of Social Work, Phi Theta Kappa, and is an active member of Oak Hill Baptist Church in Somerset, Ky. She was also a member of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Association from 2004 to 2011.
Adcock is the wife of Robert “Allen” Adcock, and they have two children Nathan Adcock and Ashley Adams.
