CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. - The Campbellsville University School
of Music will be hosting a Hymn Keyboard Festival on Saturday, March 24 for
local and regional piano students.

The festival is designed for children and youth in grades
1-12 and will begin at 10 a.m. in the Gosser Fine Arts Center at 210 University
Drive, Campbellsville, Ky.

The purpose of the festival is to give participants an
opportunity to play hymns and hymn arrangements for an adjudicator and small
audiences in a setting similar to that experienced every week in Sunday
services.

The goal is to encourage developing young pianists in
building keyboard skills appropriate for use in worship services.

Four categories of playing skills have been set up for
student participation.

Each participant must have a completed registration form and
non-refundable fee mailed directly to the School of Music. The festival fee for
each student is $15. For families with more than one child participating at the
same location, the fee for each additional child in the immediate family will
be $10.

The registration deadline is Friday, Feb. 24.
