Position Description
The children’s ministry director will oversee the ministry from nursery to 5th grade for special events, summer programming, Sunday mornings, and Wednesday nights. Prepare an approved curriculum. Recruit, train, schedule, and lead teams of volunteers. Encourage spiritual growth for the children in the program. Requirements are that you are a born-again Christian who feels a call by God into this ministry and have a heart for children and their families. Able to organize, build, and manage volunteer teams effectively and have a strong leadership quality. Your vision aligns with the vision of New Hope. This paid position is part-time for about 15 hours a week.
