Job Duties
- Pull up purchase requests in google drive
- Order purchase requests online and move to ordered in google
- Complete credit card charge slip for each credit card purchase
- (Track locations & dept charges with credit card charge slip)
- Reconcile credit card slips with credit card at the end of the month(AMEX amazon & Chase Ink)
- Keeper of the credit cards
- Gets incoming mail.
- Makes weekly deposits for Insurance Collection Specialists (ICS)
- Put account codes and do an allocation worksheet on invoices
- Enter invoices in Sage accounting software
- Call sage with problems
- Prepare deposits slips forms 4 leaf Friends & KSC
- Scans disablity papers to medical records.
- Take mail to post office and get stamps as needed
- Pick up orders at Walmart as needed.
- Keep up with CEU budget
- Enter all CEU, mileage & reimbursements in Sage. Prepare monthly roster.
- Print checks.
- Attend EOS Finance meetings
- Any duties as assigned by Finance Director
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 5 years experience or BA in accounting
- Applicant should have experience in excel & google softwares.
- Must be able to pass drug screening and required background checks
