Below are the Fall 2024 Check-In Guidelines for the residence halls. Please pay careful attention and complete the steps in order to prevent missing information. If you have any questions about these guidelines, please reach out to your Graduate Residence Manager directly or call the Office of Student Services at 270-789-5005.
Fall 2024 Check-in Guidelines
Fall 2024 Freshman Check-In will take place August 17, 2024 8AM-6PM. Available check-in times will be Monday – Saturday (8AM – 6PM) and Sundays (1PM – 5PM). If a coach or staff member gives you a specific day outside of this window, you should sign up for that day. Returning students will move in on Monday, August 19, 2024.
You should have received a notification regarding your student email and how to access it.
It’s time to start scheduling your arrival time! Please select a timeslot for your arrival by visiting https://cureslife.setmore.com. You should select a time slot in line with the groups listed below. The openings are Monday through Saturday, 8AM to 5PM. Welcome to CU!!

Campbellsville University is located at 1 University Dr., Campbellsville, KY 42718. Once you arrive, locate your dorm to start unloading.
