Position: Customer Service Clerk / Department: Billing

Job Description:
Taylor County RECC (TCRECC) is seeking a Customer Service Clerk as described below. The person filling this full-time position will be responsible for the following: Computer Knowledge, answering and Dispatching phone calls, Cashier, ability to deal with consumers as well as the ability to work with others. Emergency situations (such as outages) could involve long and unusual work hours (40 hours per week – some overtime involved).
Skill/Qualification Requirements:
- High School Graduate
- Ability to multitask.
- Represents TCRECC well in appearance, conduct, knowledge, and professionalism.
- Well-versed in Windows and Microsoft 365 suite
- Valid driver’s license and be able to operate light duty vehicles.
