The Program Coordinator/Database Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the database operations and coordinating events, meetings, and catering for Crusade weekend. This multifaceted position involves data entry, database management, report customization and analysis, data security, and coordination of various fundraising activities. This individual collaborates with team members handling annual fund campaigns, major gifts, events, estate giving, and marketing. Occasional participation in fundraising activities and special events outside regular hours may be required.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- Two or more years’ experience in database management – Raisers Edge/Financial Edge experience a plus.
- Experience with Importacular a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated strong organizational/multitasking skills with a strong detail orientation.
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
- Ability to work well independently and as a valued member of a team.
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative, organize and prioritize tasks.
Travel: Rarely: less than 10%
Work Environment Set: Office: normally performed in a typical interior/office environment
Physical Demands Set: Light work: Involves sitting most of the time, walking, lifting, bending, standing, etc.
