Dr. Morrow worked in local school districts for twenty years followed by eight years at the Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) serving as Novice Reduction Coach, Educational Recovery Specialist and Educational Recovery Leader. She first joined Campbellsville University’s School of Education as an adjunct professor in 2021, and once she retired from KDE in 2022, Dr. Morrow began teaching full-time in the School of Education’s graduate program. In addition to teaching, Dr. Morrow enjoys serving as a university mentor and considers it an honor to support teachers and school counselors.
