Job definition: The worship leader is responsible to organize and lead all worship services, either individually or as a team. They must have a wide repertoire of worship/chapel songs to meet the typical styles of a variety of age levels. It is preferred that the Worship Leader has at least 2 years of worship/musical experience. They must be proficient in at least one leading instrument (unless provided by another team member), and willing & able to learn new songs. The WL will also have other job responsibilities as a summer staff member according to their individual skills and abilities.

Typical Daily Tasks: As an individual or Worship Team
- 2 chapel services
- 1 campfire service (unless taken by a Cabin Leader)
- Media Shout set up and coordination
- Practicing (as needed)
- Coordinating themes with session director and session pastor
- Maintaining equipment and chapel space
- Participating/Leading in Music Workshop (When offered by Session)
- Participating/Assisting for Talent Show (When offered by Session)
o Assisting other staff members in:
- Camp Housekeeping/Maintenance
- Food preparation and meal service
- Lifeguarding (If Trained)
- Group leading/Personal testimony/Witnessing
- Participating in Staff group activities

Staff Expectations:
It is expected that the ICBC staff are committed Christians, who are striving to grow in their walk with Jesus. All staff members are expected to be willing to serve others to complete their given responsibility, and assist other staff when needed. Staff should be self starters, who are willing to take instruction from supervisors and peers.
