The Relationship Manager’s primary responsibility is to establish and maintain the relationship between IT Leaders and contingent labor vendors. This involves understanding projects and providing sourcing guidance to both parties as well as ensuring that processes and best practices are followed.
This Relationship Manager must obtain high-level knowledge of each assigned IT department, understand the complex and varied sourcing needs of IT Leaders and ensure that the most appropriate, efficient and effective resources and resource models are being used.
Other responsibilities include tracking, analyzing/reporting various aspects of contingent labor, assisting in development and negotiation of Statements of Work and troubleshooting/problem solving.

Ability to influence and engage senior-level leaders in one-on-one discussions and team management meetings.

Ability to accept and manage change as sourcing strategies evolve.
Highly organized, detail-oriented and a good multi-tasker.
Related Bachelor degree or demonstrated experience.
Contingent labor sourcing experience.
Experience working with offshore teams.
