Sales and Operations Analyst
Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000
Bachelor’s degree required (business and/or analytical discipline preferred)
1-2 years of professional work experience working in sales, supply chain (replenishment experience), customer service, logistics, or an analytical discipline.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal customers.
Ability to manage goal setting, tracking progress & department support as needed.
Proficient computer skills – MS Office, SAP; advanced Excel skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team/collaboration based approach to decision making; detail oriented and excellent follow up; high drive for results and takes initiative.

The Analyst, Sales Operations will be responsible for all products for multiple accounts. The incumbent will develop, grow, and maintain relationships with Sales Analysts, Market Insight Analysts, National Account Managers, and Sales Management while assisting the Sales Operations team with maintaining executive-level relationships across all departments. The primary focus of this position will be replenishment execution, improving in stock levels and general sales analysis. As Analyst, Sales Operations you will also have oversight and overall responsibility for accounts of the team.
Reporting, Tracking, & Trend Analysis:
Tracking orders, shipment status, insuring On Time/Right Quantity delivery.
Act as a liaison between sales, product management, accounting, legal, logistics, distribution and customer for Internal Meetings and overall Sales coordination.
Publish detailed weekly reports that capture by SKU sales, forecast against sales and end of week trends.
Assist in the management of the quarterly business plans created between customer and company
Track sales and margin performance compared to goals of the joint business plan.
Load customer data into internal systems – validate internal system accuracy
Coordinate planning, replenishment & execution responsibility of your category.
Oversee Orders vs. Allocation weekly reconciliation to meet or exceed company monthly/quarterly goals.
Manage the flow of inventory to customer by collaboratively planning the sales and replenishment needs - use internal and external tools to create and audit sales forecasts and maintain proper inventory levels.
Manage on-hand inventory while making recommendations on additional orders to maintain established inventory goals. Research and investigate store and warehouse out of stocks and implement corrective action
Identify incremental sales opportunities with excess inventory
Participate in weekly planning and replenishment calls with internal teams as needed.
Customer Relationship and Project Management:
Assist in customer meeting preparation and participate in customer team meetings.
Lead and participate in customer specific projects.
Assist Sales group in all facets of relationship management with our customers.
