Marketing Communications Digital Project Coordinator /Communiqué USA / Smyrna, Georgia

 The Marketing Communications Project Coordinator is a temporary position that will provide a broad range of communications and marketing support to Communiqué USA and its clients. This position reports to the Communiqué USA Account Director. It will require up to 40 hours per week Monday-Friday.

  • Develop digital marketing programs and strategies for various client programs.
  • Work collaboratively with diverse clients to create and manage cross-organizational, integrated marketing strategies.
  • Develop social media strategies, plans and programs for various clients

Coordinate communication projects with vendors, agencies and contractors for the development and production of promotional materials, collateral or other related marketing or communications materials and programs.

  • Provide writing and editing support for all internal and external communication audiences.
  • Assist in developing new revenue sources through development of new and existing clients.
  • Serve as internal liaison to assigned clients and their cross-functional departments.
  • Review and edit existing materials for marketing effectiveness, cross-selling implications and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Attend bi-monthly team status meetings, annual retreat and other meetings as required.
  • Work collaboratively with other Communiqué team members on client projects.
  • Actively participate/contribute in Communiqué meetings and seminars as assigned.

  • One to three years digital marketing experience a plus
  • Minimum one to two years agency experience desired.
