Position #1  SUPPLY CLERK – PART TIME- OhioNational Financial Services,   Ohio

We have an excellent opportunity for a Supply Clerk – Part Time in the Corporate Services dept. The Supply Clerk is responsible for helping with warehouse maintenance, receiving dock deliveries and pulling, packing and shipping various supply orders. The person in this position will also make sales kits and binders for home office and field agents and will help store record boxes to send back to the home office when requested. **Additional duties include performing shipping functions for the company. The person in this position will work up to 19 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
§ High school degree or equivalent
§ LOMA 281 and 291 are recommended
§ Fork lift safety training program recommended
§ Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
§ Good customer service, oral and written communication and organizational skills required
§ Good computer and math skills necessary
§ Able to quickly react to change

Position#2-- 

Position #3  SENIOR ANNUITIES SBU SUPPORT ASSISTANT in the Annuities department.

The Senior Support Assistant will provide hands-on administrative and project support to all areas of the Annuities Strategic Business Unit (SBU).Administrative duties include managing multiple meeting requests, including preparation of agendas and PowerPoints, execution of any resources/materials needed and compiling detailed meeting overviews. The successful candidate will also prepare and distribute various weekly and daily reports (including Business Intelligence) and work closely with multiple teams and external partners, and should be flexible enough to respond to special project.

The ideal candidate will have the following:
 High school diploma
 Prior insurance experience a plus
 LOMA 281 and 291 required within six months of hire
 Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment
 Flexibility to respond to changing SBU needs
 Must demonstrate a high level of integrity
 Excellent communication and attention-to-detail
 A positive and helpful attitude
 Excellent computer skills including Lotus Notes, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Business Intelligence and
the Corporate Budget system
