Position Description:  Humana is seeking Limited Term Open Enrollment Specialists in the Louisville area to review and process members’ applications, respond to inquiries, and resolve enrollment discrepancies. You will utilize research, problem solving, and analytical skills to ensure the accuracy of Humana membership.

• Resolve issues, inquiries, and concerns from members while treating them with empathy
• Understand the importance of each customer interaction
• Make outbound calls to members to complete the application process
• Make outbound calls to providers for patient acceptance validation
• Use attention to detail to ensure accuracy

Role Essentials:
• High School Diploma
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and experience using multiple computer applications simultaneously
• Ability to adapt to change quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to show empathy

Role Desirables:
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
• Previous customer service experience

Additional Information:
• This position may require you to work in our call center, as needed.
• Limited Term Humana associates may work any number of hours, depending on the business needs, for a limited period of time (usually 1 to 180 days)
• Department has a seven day a week work schedule all candidates must be flexible in their availability to work as needed
