We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Representatives. Responsibilities include assisting management in all processes related to the administration of Traditional or Universal Life, or Disability Income contracts. Life insurance contracts may include policies in pension plans. Processes include, but are not limited to, transaction processing, training, monitoring, fact finding, and problem resolution.
The ideal candidate will have:
Qualified candidate will have an Associate’s degree or equivalent business experience.
Strong math aptitude.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
LOMA 1 and 2 required.
Completion of ACS designation, with continuing education at least annually thereafter. AML (Anti Money Laundering) refresher training annually.
