Position Description: We are looking for entrepreneurial type college graduates who are seeking a long term career to begin our credit trainee program. The ideal candidate must possess a strong work ethic, outgoing personality, drive to succeed, confidence, strong interpersonal skills, self motivation, trustworthiness, persistence, attention to details, and the ability to follow through. Additionally, our credit trainee candidates should be pursuing or already have a Bachelors degree with a major or minor in Business, an understanding of business finance, and must be willing to relocate NATIONWIDE. With our 10-12 month comprehensive hands on training program, you will always have plenty of sources from which to learn. The program is guided by a rigorous curriculum and challenging evaluations. Credit Trainees are provided the resources and collegial atmosphere to facilitate learning from other credit professionals and networking at a number of levels within the company. Our Credit Trainees will learn the Credit and Collections side of our business and will work closely with our customers and sales force. Credit Management plays a vital role in the success of Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. As a future Credit Manager, you will work hand-in-hand with sales and management to make strategic decisions that will affect our company’s largest asset, Accounts Receivable, and our company’s earnings.
