Clerical Assistant/Office Manager, Russell Springs, KY
We would prefer someone with a degree in business and someone that understands the accounting GL system. This person must be outgoing, have an excellent personality, be willing to do anything over and above if needed, have great communication skills, be able to multi-task, must be able to type well, know how to build spreadsheets and type letters, a fast learner, and be very dedicated to their job.
Some of the duties may include the following: Preparing Tax Returns, handling 401l contributions, accounts payable, billing, workers comp reporting, personnel files, sales tax reporting, benefits packages handling and maintaining, answering the phone, filling in for the receptionist, and managing some personnel.
Position could begin on a temporary basis depending on how this person fits with our company and understands how our business operates. But, if things work out, it would be a permanent full time position with excellent benefits.
