Ethical case study contest with prizes!
The QEP committee will be holding an ethical case study contest. Students are invited to create a video of an original ethical case study pertaining to college student life. The case study should provide an identifiable ethical decision making situation, depict the potential options, and provide a clear resolution. The video should be ten to fifteen minutes long. If enough videos are received, the QEP committee will host a viewing party the week before finals. Each video must be sponsored by a student organization, club, class, department, or school. The team with the winning video will receive a five hundred dollar denotation to its sponsoring organization. Prizes will also be given for the second and third best videos. The videos should meet the objectives of the Campbellsville University Quality Enhancement Plan.
1. Students will have the ability to recognize right and wrong and realize that all actions have consequences.
2. Students will demonstrate an increased willingness to value the good of society over the individual.
3. Students will be able to disagree respectfully with people who hold opposing viewpoints.
