Landscaping has 20 plus palms to give away. They cannot keep them over the winter, so they will be thrown away if no one wants them. Contact the Office of Physical Plant if you are interested.
Chowning Art Shop Open House Saturday
Have you visited the Chowning Art Shop? There are wonderful handmade items such as paintings, prints, jewelry, photographs, ships made of toothpicks, greeting cards, ornaments, cloth Christmas trees and many more items made by local artists. The Chowning Art Shop will be open from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14 for a Christmas Open House. It is located at 503 N. Columbia Ave., Campbellsville.
Students need ride to Louisville airport
CU student Mayu Kishikawa from Japan needs a ride to the Louisville airport Wednesday, Nov. 18 for her and a friend going to Boston. They need to be in Louisville by 4:30 or 5 p.m. They need a ride back to Campbellsville on Sunday, Nov. 22 after noon. Mayu will pay $50 for each trip. Contact her at (717) 305-8313 if you can help.
CIE International Education Fair is Wednesday, Nov. 18
Campbellsville University’s International Education Fair is Wednesday, Nov. 18 in the Student Activities Center from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. There will be food, presentations, study abroad providers and more! Chapel credit is also offered. Come out and support our international students. A flier is attached.
You can go to Mammoth Cave Sunday
Green Minds is taking students to Mammoth Cave Sunday. The group is leaving at 8 a.m. from Books n Beans. The club is paying for half the $15 cost and for the vans. Anyone is welcome; you don’t need to be a member to go.
