Archery Tournament to benefit ‘The Christmas Promise’ for low income families
Justin Nelson, a senior at Campbellsville University, started a nonprofit while he was a senior in high school at just 17 years old, called "The Christmas Promise," which helps low income families in Breckinridge, Meade, and Hardin Counties. Last year, there were 75 families given food baskets, and Justin's non-profit group gave Christmas presents to all of them.
The Christmas Promise will be holding an indoor archery tournament to raise funds to help low income families for Christmas. The Christmas Promise Benefit Archery tournament will be held November 20th and 21st. Anyone can enter in this tournament and can come either day. It will be located 11525 South HWY 259 McDaniels, KY 40152. Tournament Location will be At "Stringers Hunting and Fishing Supplies."
