Campus Announcement -- Jan. 4, 2016

Dear Club Advisors, Resident Directors and  Student Leaders,

Campbellsville University's Student Government Association will be hosting the annual Valentine Pageant, Friday, Feb. 12th at 7 pm in Ransdell Chapel.

All active clubs and organizations on campus have the option to elect a candidate to participate in the pageant. The candidate must be a female, full-time student with at least a sophomore standing and a GPA of at least 2.5.

Please send your nominations to one of the following three places:
1. Aaron Noisch, SGA President, at
2. SGA UPO #843
3. Trent Creason at

All nominations must be received by Friday, Jan. 29th @ 5 pm. Please include the name of the club nominating, name of participant, participant's GPA, classification, and contact information including phone number and email.
Participants will be notified by Monday, Feb. 1st.

Participation in the pageant includes:
Mandatory Meeting: Wednesday, Feb. 3rd @ 8 pm in Books n Beans.
Interviews: Sunday, Feb. 7th at 2pm in the Chowing Executive Dining Room in the Winters Dining Hall.
Practices: Tuesday, Feb. 9th- Wednesday Feb. 10th at Ransdell Chapel 7-9 pm.
Dress Rehearsal: Thursday, Feb. 11th at 7 pm in Ransdell Chapel
Valentine Pageant: Friday, Feb. 12th at 7 pm  in Ransdell Chapel

Participants will compete under the categories of interview, talent, poise, and evening gown.
