Coordinator - Human Resources

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISOR: Chief Human Resources Officer FLSA STATUS: E
POSITION SUMMARY: Serves as primary resource for human resources recruiting and training.

QUALIFICATIONS: Associate’s degree and 3 years experience, or Bachelors Degree and 1 years of experience in the Human Resources field preferably in Training and Recruitment. Professional Certification in HR is preferred and may substitute for education and or experience requirement.

SKILL SETS: Possesses superior organizational, oral, and written communication skills. Must demonstrate a high level of familiarity with Microsoft Office specifically MS-Excel and exceptional customer service skills.

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: Visual acuity necessary for updating files and completing documents. Requires frequent stooping, kneeling and crouching to file records. Hearing and talking necessary to answer phone and talk with employees and other individuals. Work is light with walking, standing, and sitting. Manual dexterity is required to perform word processing and other clerical duties.

JOB SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:
1. Assists in preparation for employee orientation and training, reserves facilities and secures equipment.
2. Responsible for the entire recruitment function which includes interviewing, screening, background checks, salary offers and offer letters.
3. Process applications and tracks referral sources.
4. Attends recruitment fairs, chamber events and other functions associated with recruitment and public relations.
5. Prepares and places advertisements in paper form, internet and other recruiting sources.
6. Maintains advertisement budget.
7. Updates and maintains company website.
8. Develops relationships with colleges and placement centers in the community for allocating people resources.
9. Tracks training and reports related to training.
10. Processes monthly HR reports information no later than the 5th of each month.
11. Tracks and reports professional development to AP quarterly.
12. Process and tracks workers compensation and OSHA requirements
13. Coordinates infection control, TB, Hep. B and flu shots and related activities.
14. Responds to employee inquiries with the use and retrieval of HRIS information.
15. Coordinates continuing quality improvement (CQI) activities.
16. Develops and schedules trainings, as needed.
17. Performs other duties as assigned.

Specialist-Finance
JOB CODE: 09003
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISOR: Comptroller FLSA STATUS: N
POSITION SUMMARY: Performs various accounting functions in the Finance Department. Those duties include monthly contract billings, cash deposit processing, and other clerical duties specific to the position.

QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma and 1 year related experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and QuickBooks.

SKILL SETS: Adequate communication skills, process verbal and written instructions, dependable, interact effectively with the public and staff, adaptability-able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events, and strong sense of commitment.

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: Visual acuity necessary for computer work and administration of all paperwork. Requires minimal stooping and crouching to access files. Hearing and speaking necessary for phone conversations with clients, employees and other individuals. There are long periods of sitting. Manual dexterity is required to perform keyboard and calculator functions and other related duties.

JOB SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:
1. Processes and codes daily deposits
2. Coordinates monthly billing and reconciliation of all contract accounts.
3. Coordinates monthly billing and reconciliation of all patient liability accounts.
4. Coordinates monthly billing and reconciliation of all rent/board accounts
5. Coordinates monthly billing and reconciliation of all Supported Employment OVR accounts
6. Coordinates monthly billing and reconciliation of HUD management fees
7. Compiles monthly QB reports for staff
8. Agency contact for consumers regarding payment arrangements for account history of patient liability and rent/board accounts
9. Reconciles all deposits into operating account monthly
10. Establishes and tracks reconciliations of consumer personal needs bank accounts
11. Compiles and enters monthly journal entries
12. Reconciles multiple bank accounts monthly
13. Enters and maintains fixed assets into FAS and balances to GL monthly
14. Receives and disseminates calls and prepares for review correspondence relative to department.
15. Participate in agency continuing quality improvement (CQI) activities.
16. Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: Four years experience in benefits administration or Bachelors Degree and 2 year of experience in the Human Resources field. Professional Certification in HR is preferred and may substitute for education or experience.

SKILL SETS: Possesses organizational, oral, and written communication skills. Must demonstrate a high level of familiarity with Microsoft Office specifically MS-Excel and exceptional customer service skills.

6. Primary contact and coordinator for Wellness initiatives.

9. Assists with collecting and tabulating data for reports.
10. Assists in preparation for employee orientation and training, reserves facilities and secures equipment.
11. Drafts correspondence and designs forms for departmental use.
12. Participates in agency CQI.
13. Performs other duties as assigned.
