Position Description: 
Assists the Store Manager in the training and coaching of all store personnel.
Lead and educate employees on all aspects of customer service and sales activities to attain company objectives.
Greets customers to establish rapport and make them feel welcome and work showroom floor.
Accurately determine customers’ needs regarding product, features, rate plan and accessories.
Responsible for accurate POS entry, reporting and balancing.
Consistent attainment of monthly sales quotas.
Promotes store through involvement with community events and organizations.
Works with Retail Store manager to oversee ordering, receipting, transferring, and accuracy of product inventory.
Responsible for accuracy of daily deposits and cash drawer close out procedures.
Secures deposits in safe at all times until deposited or picked up by courier.
Secures starting cash and petty cash in safe at all times unless POS station open.
Maintains strong visual merchandising of the retail location.
Manages routing of customer repairs and warranty exchanges.
Answers customers’ questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise.
Maintains store so that it is organized, clean, and free of debris.
Properly completes all paperwork, as required, keeping records of sales, inventory of stock, and merchandise orders in a timely manner.
Adheres to company policies on pricing and procedures.
Flexible with night and weekend availability.

2-4 years experience in retail sales; management experience preferred.
College degree preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
PC skills, Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
Background or familiarity with billing systems helpful.
