Within the TV Solutions group, we are seeking to fill a critical position. The Sales Service Representative assists the Sales Planning and Operations Team and supports the U-verse ad sales team to help optimize revenue streams for advertising sales. This position is responsible for helping planners manage the entry and maintenance of their campaigns as well as pulling various reporting related to billing, stewardship and campaign fulfillment.


·Support Uverse Sales Planners and AE’s by entering and maintaining campaigns, managing inventory loads and reconciling discrepancies on a daily basis

·Must successfully interface with various internal groups such as Sales, Billing, Credit, Traffic, IT, Product Marketing, etc.

·Pull various campaign reporting that is critical to the daily management and fulfillment of ad campaigns, and providing timely and accurate information to sales team and the client

·Assist in the creation and distribution of weekly revenue, inventory and ad hoc reporting

·Work closely with traffic department to assure proper coordination of campaigns

·Invoice validation/adjustment – verify scheduled commercials versus aired commercials and resolve any discrepancies

·Steward campaigns from selling at pre-sale to monitoring and optimizing campaign delivery to post sale wrap up decks and post analysis

·Responsible for excellent client service and administrative aspects of account management

·May perform other related duties as required


·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required

·Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

·Strong professional verbal and written communication skills

·Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize effectively

·Strong people and relationship management skills
