Campbellsville University Louisville Center to hold graduate celebration; Brockman to speak

CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – Dr. Britt Brockman, nationally recognized eye surgeon, will be the guest speaker for the Campbellsville University-Louisville Center (CU-Louisville) celebration for the 45 graduates of the Louisville location this academic year.

The ceremony will be at 6 p.m. Friday, June 11 at the Louisville Center at 2300 Greene Way, Louisville. A reception and dinner begins at 6 p.m. with the presentation at 7 p.m., according to Dr. Keith Spears, vice president for regional and professional education.

Spears said this is an annual event for adult students completing their degrees at this regional site. Spears said special honors will be bestowed on students and special honorees. Brockman leads the largest provider of eye care in Kentuckiana (the John Kenyon-American Eye Institute). He was named for the past three years straight as the Business First of Louisville leader in Healthcare.

Brockman will be available for media interviews during the reception and following the program, Spears said.

The Louisville Center is just off Hurstbourne in the Stoneybrook area.
